This policy outlines our approach to identifying, preventing, and addressing risks related to modern slavery, in compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth) .

2. Scope

This policy applies to all employees, contractors, suppliers, and business partners of Panelwall Office Systems Pty Ltd. It encompasses all operations within Australia and any international activities.

3. Definitions

Modern slavery encompasses situations where coercion, threats, or deception are used to exploit individuals and deprive them of their freedom. This includes:

     •Slavery and servitude     

     •Forced labor

     •Debt bondage

     •Deceptive recruiting for labor or services

     •Forced marriage

     •Child labor

4. Commitments

Panelwall Office Systems Pty Ltd commits to:

     •Conducting due diligence to identify and mitigate risks of modern slavery in our operations and supply chains.     •Implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to prevent modern slavery.•Providing training to employees to recognize and address modern slavery risks.•Engaging with suppliers to ensure they uphold similar standards.

We will regularly assess the risk of modern slavery in our operations and supply chains by:     •Mapping our supply chains to identify potential risk areas.     •Evaluating the nature and extent of our exposure to modern slavery risks.     •Reviewing supplier practices and requiring compliance with our standards.


6. Reporting and Remediation

Employees, suppliers, and other stakeholders are encouraged to report any concerns related to modern slavery. Reports can be made confidentially via:

All reports will be taken seriously and investigated promptly. We are committed to protecting whistleblowers and ensuring no retaliation occurs.


7. Training and Awareness

We will provide training to our employees to ensure they understand the risks of modern slavery and can identify indicators within our operations and supply chains.


8. Review and Monitoring


This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure its effectiveness and relevance. We will monitor our operations and supply chains to assess the effectiveness of our actions in preventing modern slavery.
